The art style reminds me of sensory deprivation tank hallucinations of all things, but that's not a bad thing. He also looks extremely fluffy and like he's enjoying himself.
I also like how this image implies that he might have a crop like a bird does. I've always thought Dragons would have those things and I'm surprised the concept isn't utilized more often.
