Yeah, the hand isn't perfect, but it does look quite good!
I think the issue with the hand is that the finger we can see the most of there is the little finger, but you've drawn it quite big.
If you look at your own hand in the same position, you may notice that the next finger should be visible sticking up behind the little finger a bit.
