The Elysian Green Bee is an insect species that can be found all over the continent of Elysium. This species of insect is the main pollinator of the continent and is responsible for the maintenance of a majority of the local plant species (from herbs to trees, all rely on the bee for survival).

The Elysian Green Bee seems to be one of the most docile insect species yet discovered. A common interaction between these bugs and researchers was one where the bee would sit on an extended finger and simply relax, cleaning itself and humming contently.

These bees are attracted to sweet and fruity smells, which many members of the research team have discovered during a juice break. In fact, whenever flower nectar is unavailable, the Green Bees will eagerly fly towards the juiciest fruit they can find and gain sustenance from that.
