Say hello to the newest member of SSS...
Pint.

SO... this has a story behind it, and the context is very important! Last year I started doing regular commissions for   demivo .

Demi has this thing where they create an 'alt' version of their fursona, Hush, that's unique to each artist. Together, we designed an alternate 'version' of Hush Pintarova, seen here: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F38f631aAAAvJDc?format=jpg&name=4096x4096

We jokingly nicknamed her 'Pint' because I found it cute. Then the name stuck. Over time, some things changed, Demi and I had some discussions, and Pint began to grow a unique personality and set of quirks. I grew attached, but I kept things professional, as Hush wasn't mine.
I was worried about it at first, but Pint was a 'shared' character, as far as Demi was concerned. Half and Half. I considered her FULLY Demi's, though, as she was just... a redesign of Hush, Demi's fursona. It didn't feel right to consider Pint even slightly 'my' character.
Her story was simple: Hush Pinterova went through the wrong portal and wound up in [an alternate universe from Canon] Starstruck Studios. She stayed at SSS while Star tried to get a portal back to her home. She grew attached to the members, grew friendships, and began to change.
Eventually, an idea arose from her story. "What if when she tried to go back home, she split in two? 'Hush' went home, but part of her stayed behind in SSS, permanently changed by her time there? By the people there?" And we discussed full ownership of 'Pint' going to me.

Since Pint had transformed into her own thing, and we agreed on some terms... I redesigned her, keeping the basic idea the same, but pushing her far enough from Hush's base design that they didn't look identical. My last choice was simple: is Pint part of the canon of Starstruck Studios? It took some time and thought, but I have decided: Yes. She's shy but spirited, curious to a fault, and enjoys nothing more than messing with her form and playing around in the different world portals!
Normally I wouldn't have such a long introduction to a character. But since Hush is a pretty well-known fursona that Demi commissions art of a LOT, we didn't want there to be any confusion! Both of us agreed on this, and are happy with the arrangement.
So I hope you guys will enjoy her, and I'll be updating her info across my different art profiles [along with posting her ref once she's fully fleshed out]. As a disclaimer! I WILL still be drawing Hush in my commissions. That's part of why I made this piece, to show their design differences.
