Kinda reminds me of the quite old Hewlett-Packard ads from early 2000 that had a little man or woman at the bottom of the ad doing that same face you're doing and they're colored in black and white; the rest of the add is blue colored with certain yellow lines that said what the product was, along with a thinking bubble that was near the person.
