And I found every dialogue of the new derg hilarious, btw the "That's great! Any hospital will do!" tells me the new derg doesn't UNDERSTAND the language, he just picks up separate words, like he has very poor English >.>

The new drek is Brazilian, so they're speaking portuguese and the characters here aren't speaking English, they are speaking a descent language of Ëla. Which is shown prior in the comic from the New Dreks perspective.

The new drek is Brazilian, so they're speaking portuguese and the characters here aren't speaking English, they are speaking a descent language of Ëla. Which is shown prior in the comic from the New Dreks perspective.

Oh, sorry a series of mistakes were made in sequence, I read it right after waking up, so I ended up writing "derg" instead of "drek", I apologize for having to make you explain the situation >.>
AND using "English" was a bad choice of word and the whole sentence become even more confusing... Maybe the sentence would be better like "The bolded markings give an idea that the new drek can only pick up one or the other word, like an inexperienced speaker of a second language" and that, together with the action of accidental affection, made me find the shameful situation soooooo funny!
Oh and it's really nice to read the balloons in my native language, as a Brazilian, seeing them and understanding the location where the comic takes place, made me very excited for the embarrassing and funny situations he's yet to get himself into >.>

Its more the bolded words being spoken by the new drek is more just a method of obfuscating what they are saying, to show the Dorer drekir don't understand them.
And the bolded words being told be Gárat is just emphasis in inflection.
