If you wash that with other clothes it'll go into the other clothes. Fabric markers cost about 88c - $1, $5 for a pack of 6-7 and $10 for a pack of 10-12 and white t-shirts are stocked at every craft store (and wal-mart) with them, at about $5 for a 2 pack and they have all the colors of the rainbow.
It doesn't really take any skill to draw a face on a t-shirt either.
So I could just spend $1 to get a fabric marker at a store and do it myself, without the cost of shipping and without ruining my other clothes with sharpie ink, or $6 if I didn't have my own plain shirt already, and get 2 shirts.
