Razor and T-bone wore shoes in their civilian identities but always went barefoot when on a mission, so they perhaps not surprising if they find themselves in ticklish peril. At least this time Irwind has himself some ticklish experimental subjects.
A rather fun touch with the tickle machines modelled after Dre and Cagey and it seems remote operated by their motions and potentially laughter, fiendish but ingenious and at the same time rather fun.
