"Frederick II (Frederick Guillermo Arthur; born Febuary 13th 1989), is the youngest King of the British Empire, and Emperor(elect) of the Grand Empire, in addition to being Commander-General of all combined imperial military forces and Head of the Council of Five.

Born as the youngest son of Empress and Queen Isabella III, Frederick became Crown Prince, recieving the title of Prince of England. Educated privatly at the Imperial Palace in central London, the young prince spent much of his young life away from the public eye due to "ill health" according to official palace sources, although many speculated it was to do with his uncomfirmed parentage (the former King Consort George Alexander of Prussia having died eighteen months previously to his birth), and therefore was illegitimate to recieve the crown (others citing previous assassintation attempts at the Crown as a secondary reason). The issue of his parentage was even brought before the Imperial Senate which almost caused a constitutional crisis, but was eventualy resolved with the senate siding with the Empresses wishes (similar to the incident pettaining to his ancestral namesake, Frederick I, son of Queen Elizabeth, whos fathers identity was never publicaly known (see History of England&Albion/LIst of Kings &Queens)

His first public appearance was at the age of fifteen (see Imperial Palace incidencies), when the then prince managed to evade palace guards and escape into the Tower gardens next to the Palace walls. He eventually joined school nearby at the Issac Newton college, and recieved honours in both historical archeaology, mathmatics and politics, before going on his first imperial tour in 2007, visiting the British North American Union, the Texsianan Republic, Ducado de Neuveo España, the Oceanic territories, Indian Principality and various other imperial territories, before returning to Albion, where he began service in the 7th Aerial Armada, achieving Wing Commanader rank.

He eventually ascended the throne, at the age of 22, after the assassination of his mother and two siblings, Princess Casandra "the younger" and Prince Lucas, who died in the destruction of the Galahad royal transport over the city of New York (see Galahad assaination/Freres de Versaille/Terrorism) . Once again however his parentage was questioned by members of both the Senate and Council , but were quelled in the support from his eldest brother, HRH Prince William Melbourne, Govenor of Oceania, who was appointed Co-Regent for the four year interval period (see Imperial Monarchy practices). His coronation of May 16th 2011 in Westminster Abbey was attented by over thousands of dignitaries from across the empire and globe, and millions in the streets of London alone, with another 4 Billion watching live coverage, the largest viewing rating in history.

In 2012 he was engaged to the heir to the Kyoshi Shogunate, Princess Maeko Kiyo-san,a ettempt to unite the Kyoshi Shogunate and Grand Emire into political union although the wedding was called of by both parties, with the princess marrying Kido Jung, her personal bodyguard.

On March 3rd 2013, Frederick married Jax Deverux, a french comic artist living in London. This caused a poltical backlash from more conservative members of the senate, but was welcomed by majority of all parties and the public.

In 2015 he reorganized the partioned territories of the former Kingdom of France into the First French Republic (see French Reunification), in efforts to stem the growth and power of the terrorist group, Freres de Versaille movment, and establish a more unified Europe, and also established closer ties with the African and Indian Independance movements, granting greater autonomy to each regions senate.

2016 was known as a dark year in the young emperors reign, with the discovery of Prince Williams aiding the Freres de Versailles destruction of the Galahad, in the attempt to seize control of the throne for himself. This led to the 9 month conflict known as the Oceanic civil war (see Oceanic History), with William installing himself as King of Oceania , and invading India, Southern&Eastern africa, adided by the Independent State of Taiwan (see The Uprising/French colonial History), culminating in the death of William on 19th of december, when Imperial forces seized control of Perth (see Battle of Perth) and the destrction of his personal crusier, the Cook, leading to..."
