Revisiting another old character concept and giving him an update.
This is based off of a design I played around with back in 2018. It's a look I actually really liked, so I wanted to try and fix it up and update a little.

I think his name is Vesper. He's a gargoyle that would end up getting captured and experimented on: the cuffs he has on are actually restraints he had to break free from, and the earring is a broken tag.
I'm still trying to feel some details out for him, but overall I actually really like how he turned out.
