This guy: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/4855041/ after his molt! He made it :) Wings came out a little funny as well as his pronotum; the tips still have some bubbling. Color came out weird in this photo; he's actually less vividly colored. I don't know that his pronotum will be orange or more brownish, he's still "hardening". Looking through your gallery, I've noticed that you have several pictures of roach mutations. Is this a fairly common occurrence, and do these mutations propagate to their offspring? I'd figure that given how prolific some species of roaches are, mutations wouldn't be that uncommon, and they probably can live with some rather unusual mutations so long as it doesn't make it easier for predators to spot them.
It is likely a result of inbreeding, something inevitable unless you constantly rotate your colonies. I imagine some of the mutations are passed down. It's still pretty uncommon in my colonies, but I've seen some colonies that are almost all mutated, likely from years of inbreeding.
