This is Vluxen, he is one of my favorite characters belonging to my little fictional universe.
He is a master storm wizard, one of the best and better known wizards in the universe, he is a chimera, or a chimeran, the nickname of a species of people grown in a lab using a combination of magic and science, the organs and parts he has particularly help the flow of his magic.
He stands at about 3 feet tall, this is from him having the body of a snow imp, he is happily married to an Alternarian named Tammie.
