I will forever stand by my belief that this should be a thing that can actually happen in the games. Cramorant's ability would be much more interesting if not being hit while holding prey in its mouth for a full turn resulted in Cramorant swallowing the catch, and restoring a portion of its HP. A small amount if holding an Arrokuda, and a large amount (plus self-inflicted paralysis) if Pikachu.

I wish that as well. I am into rodents getting eaten by stronger creatures and I wish we could see a canon pokemon event with a Cramorant swallowing a Pikachu.

Unfortunately, the closest we've gotten to my knowledge was in the Pokemon movie, Secrets of the Jungle. But all that gave us was a view of Pikachu struggling inside Cramorant's mouth. No actual swallowing.

I hope the anime gives us a scene where a Cramorant actually swallows a Pikachu whole. That would really be nice.

Pikachus are a type of rodent after all so they are basically good to anything, like an Arbok or even as small as a Joltix.

Or both. Joltik latches onto an unsuspecting Pikachu, makes an appetizer out of his energy, then Arbok swallows the tuckered mouse.

Like a story with an Arbok swallowing a Joltik that swallowed a Pikachu?

No, I was thinking more in the literal sense of how Joltik feed on electricity.

Okay. So, Joltik will eat Pikachu! How about the Arbok part?

What I'm saying is that Joltik would eat Pikachu's electrical energy, leaving Pikachu weak and vulnerable for Arbok to then eat its body.

You mean a story where a Joltik helps an Arbok hunt down a Pikachu? Sounds interesting!
