Raystorm is an aerial demon. His strongest body parts are his arms, and back muscles for flying. The blue metals on back and arms, can charged with life force and can be used as energy weapons. He cannot run that fast, due his weight of 190kgs and rather weak legs. Yet the powerful wings can lift his own weight and up to additional 750kgs (normal mode)!
His calm self is often overwhelmed by the big life force production. Which makes him agressive in certain circumstances. One of those rendered him being labeled as an outlaw.
