These gouache postcards are part of a large series where I will be aiming to paint 100 landscapes. These were painted in 2023.
Postcard 52 Orange oysters- This gouache postcard features some beautiful fungi we found during a recent hike around the natural bridge in Springbrook National Park.
Postcard 57 -The very mint tinge to this lichen was uniquely beautiful found in an overgrown grove filled with native passion fruit.
Postcard 58 Secret Forest - The hoop pines that line this open trial exist at the end of a local commons trial, filled with a large amount of native birds.
Postcard 56 Breem- After heavy flooding and rains the mangroves appear so clear, in the early morning schools of fish can be seen swimming along the river banks, along with the native birds that fish them.
