90's and 2000's toon dragons (and some other reptiles in games) were the best lets be real.

This species of Magical Dragon has tiny flexible, iridescent scales covering the majority of their body, and have soft and flexible skin. They feel soft to the touch like a spongy plush.
Their ventral side is covered in what appear to be scutes, but are actually soft ridges of raised skin.
They possess a small pair of feathered wings, and a pouch on their abdomen which can be used to carry objects.

Magical Dragons can be any color, though their belly and wings usually match, and are lighter in color compared to their bodies.
Horns, spines, frills, and other detail aspects vary drastically between individuals, as bodies can be modified slightly to fit one's desired aesthetic using magic.

Dragons are Asexual and, as a result, do not have any reproductive organs. Grasp on gender is not yet understood and defaults to "they".

They leak into this dimension through a wormhole that has been located by personnel, however the best that can be done at this time is to keep an eye on it and collect any specimens that come through.
