It continues! Next Pokémon character to be turned into a non-Pokémon is Aizen, along with a last name and status change!
Name: Aizen Draconis
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Species: Kobold
Occupation: College student; vigilante superhero
Prince Aizen Draconis is the adoptive kobold son of King Bahamut Draconis, the dragon king of the Kingdom of Draconis.
Aizen was originally in the care of an abusive caretaker, but was rescued and taken to an orphanage, where he stayed for a few years until one faithful day, his soon-to-be father Bahamut visited the orphanage. Seeing something special in the young kobold, he took him in as his son. As their home planet's facing either an infertility or sterility crisis (as of right now not determined yet by scientists), Aizen's currently heir to the throne.
Aizen has a good bond with his father and is very friendly, but also quite mischievous, getting into trouble regularly. He's also quite tech savvy and loves to dress in a smart casual clothing style.
Being a kobold, he's normally quite small, but he's able to magically switch between average human size and his normal size. He's also able to breathe fire and could possibly learn how to use magic, but hasn't learned any spells yet to confirm this.
He's also secretly the superhero Justice Flame, and fights criminals and bad guys in costume.
Oh, and he's also hilariously bad with names.

Indeed they are! Lockjaw, Lucas, Brad and Aizen all live on different planets (Same planet as Lucas for Lockjaw in one RP, but he still originates from the prehistoric era either way), but they run into each other from time to time.
Depending on the setting, Aizen might be from the same planet as Lockjaw, and without a population crisis.
