I don't think them getting him out is her plan. Dunno what it actually is, but since she's faking being sick, maybe she's hoping that he comes in and gives her a shot at him. He'd have to be pretty dumb to fall for that old chestnut, though, so it'll be interesting to see what happens next.
She understands that the white-furred guy is the boss and he wants her as a live specimen for some reason. Playing sick will make him think he's about to lose his prize, which will drive him to order an emergency medical response.

Interesting considering this is one of the oldest tricks in the book. Either she seriously underestimates the Big Bad... or he's underestimating her. If he thinks she's just an animal, well, animals can't act sick. But if he knows she's as smart as he is, ploy is likely to fail miserably.
