I made this eye today. Great vision. I can see where it's black, the lime is paint--blind spots--but mainly the center circle is the blind spot. The outer lime parts are kind of out of my line of sight. My eye is not line up with the middle circle, but the lower left(picture's left).
Made this eye today. It does have a follow me effect, but you can't really tell because it's a symbol & not an actual eye design.
