"Wimple" was the theme, and after consulting an online image reference I decided that I didn't want to draw that. I had been reading the Elseworlds Superman graphic novel: "Superman: Red Son" and was really inspired by the Soviet-looking propaganda pictures in the book. Throwing Arthur into a big-ass fuzzy hat and referencing one of his Austrian-ish phrases made this picture for me.
