Eagle-Beagle's birthday was commemorated this week, and thusly this picture was created. I discovered after the fact that the visual aspect of the character is backwards, but hey. The eagle nature of the picture reminded me of the old art style I remembered from the 1976 United States bicentennial celebration so I tried to give the picture that sort of flair.
