Commission for TornadoTurbulence on Discord. Torn is a proud pegasi, but we wanted to see what he'd look like if he had more traditional or full pegasi blood. This was a fun one to do, because I could add ALL the feathers and be more flexible with wing shape. It's always fun to add a bit more details to a design to make them more obvious what they are or what is important to them, so this was a blast.
