This, is Karma. They're a character that can sense if someone has done something wrong.
And when that happens, they will then have something immediately happen afterward that will.

They literally ARE, karma. But i want them to be a kind of creature that cant be seen by humans unless summoned with magic,
their physical form being a non binary human, that wanders the streets, then turning into a shadowy husk/ghost creature to locate who to cause "karma" on.

They are normally dressed like an old fashioned, Victorian era person. And live in modern day, they dont mind the attention, and actually adore it.
Though when they transform into their ghost/shadow form, they become invisible to everyone, except the person they're targeting.

So TLDR, they are, karma.
They are the one that the phrase "actions have consequence" comes from.

Someone litters, they'll make the person trip over and embarrass themselves.
Someone run a red light, have them crash into a pole.
Someone commit a crime like a robbery or murder, have a group of Police around every corner.

when they're in their ghost form they can phase through solid objects like walls.
But in their physical human form, they cant do that, and are basically a normal person. This was a very fun OC to come up with.
