"You manage to lose the guards ducking through some alleyways. You see a clear path back to the main streets heavy with the morning's shopping crowd and a good place to further conceal yourself and solidify your escape. As you make your way back to the main thoroughfare though you're stopped by two diminutive figures. A pair of children; a goblin and kobold respectively. They're dressed in rags and similar garments. You can tell from the broken shackles on their wrists that they're no stranger to the local law enforcement either. They inform you that the alleyway is their home base and they won't let you pass without compensation of bread or coin. While you muse that they could hardly impose much of an obstacle to your escape, they counter that you obviously don't want to be located either, and they can very easily inform the local guards as to your whereabouts.
So how do you want to play this?"
A character concept I've had noodling in my head for awhile, managed to make a profile picture of them then just decided to turn it into a piece. These two I've named Rag the Goblin (short for Ragamuffin) and Rap the Kobold (short for Rapscallion). A pair of orphans who make their living by stealing bread or coin from unsuspecting adventurers. They've become well accustomed to the harsh realities of living on the streams in a wayward port town such as this, however they've yet to grown cruel, only more pragmatic than anything else. I hope to do more with these two and I'm at least glad to get them out there at least.
