I'm making avatars for people who are using pictures I have drawn for them as avatars.

Basically it's because there's something about my art style (if you can call it that) that makes it look not so great when it's scaled down and cropped. I think it's the cross-hatching or something. So everyone gets a free avatar instead of having to make do with the crap I've given them to use :D
