The body is actually built over top of a ready to run flatcar this guy made for me a little over a year back for $800 trucks and couplers included. I think he's only building rolling stock these days if you order X amount though.

plenty, or at least several, places to order trucks and couplers (and built up fraimes and or fraime parts) from though; tom bee, roll models, canonball, mdm, et. al. there's still at least one live steaming magazine with a web site with links to suppliers. also i think several club tracks have links to suppliers from their websites.
