If Lilla was able to find out Anna's preferences from the palace gossip on her first night there, you can be sure Eudokia's network has picked it up. As far as who she likes currently, she may or may not know that much, but it doesn't really matter. What Eudokia does know is that it's good to have a little dirt on everyone.

My picking all the dirt on everyone has really worked for her. The only ones without their hands tied are Rossweisse and her servants. Though that might be a little too optimistic.
Her position also give her a whole lot of leverage to silence people below her standing. Though I am a little surprised that she was rather silent about Rossweisse. I wonder if Eudokia was silently hoping her daughters bodyguard would say something?

An unimportant person like Rossweisse is best dealt with by getting rid of them, and Eudokia's already tried her usual method unsuccessfully. Rossweisse has no authority in imperial matters, so there's no point in her objecting to anything. Rossweisse's methods are very different from Eudokia's.
