A classic oriental taste with a sweet and savoury twist!
Here’s how I did it:
1: in a hot pan sauté 1/2 onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 carrot until veggies are soft and translucent
2: add 4 cut up pieces of bacon to the hot pan and cook until bacon is well done with no pink
3: crack 2 eggs and scramble until fully cooked then add rice and honey-garlic sauce+seasonings then stir until rice is golden brown and all ingredients are combined
4: plate and enjoy!
