Now you know Kari likes butterflies both aesthetically and gastronomically. Like all creatures besides snakes and mice, butterflies are just feral animals with no conscience (at least if you don't think insects have one in real life), so eating them seems an absolutely acceptable thing for her. She needs to eat something (someone) anyway, and it's not always has to be mice
