Well... I know it's been ages since I last tempted an teasted y'all with any foodporn, heh... Been goin' through all the things that life throws at me like evfurryone else... an had m'own 'dance with Deathwolf... 'cept as a fellow 'incarnation of immortality' we both know that I'll be reborn as many times as he kills me' heh... anyways, prior ta m'latest 'vacation' at the hospital, I'd whipped up a batch'a Buffalo Babyback ribs... hadn't made any in years an hadn't ever heard'a anyone else makin'em so thought I'd share m'own way'a doin'em in case any'a y'all think ya might like ta give'em a try...
ingredients/directions:
Fer this I'd bought 2 slabs/racks of babyback ribs but use however many ya need, as ya can see in the pics the 2 ribs yielded 14 sections when cut into 2 bones portions... the smallest ends may have 3 bones... as shown with the top pic. the sections are breaded then placed in a foil-covered tray to bake at 350 degrees... I gave these a baking time of 3 hours, the 1st. hour I baked the ribs fer half an hour b'fore turning to make sure the breading baked onto the meat by itself then after that every half hour I then basted the ribs with the buffalo sauce (2 bastings each side) so it got a nice, even coating of the buffalo sauce...
As ya can see by the bottom pic, this batch was served with potato wedges (seasoned to preferences) and steamed broccoli but feel free to use whatever sides ya prefer... anyways, like I said, if ya've never tried ribs made this way then I think yer really in fer a treat an I hope ya love it as much as we did! {:)
