Icemoon is all done and she's SO CUTE! I love how this plush came out so much, she's very floppy and cuddly and SOFT. She's my original character dating back more than 10 years, and started as an arctic fox, eventually turning into a weird dragon thing. It started snowing outside, so it was a perfect opportunity to get some pictures of her.
She's got 6 points of articulation- head, arms, legs, and tail, so she's completely poseable. Over 23" tall, and completely one of a kind. Her body is mostly white seal fur, with MM white fox for the fluff around her ankles, shoulders, back, and head. DF black on the eartips and all down her back, with sparkle black fur for a tail poof. Black seal on the face, back of the ears, tops of the feet and hands. Black minky on the palms of the feet and hands, with puffy paint used for her pawpads. Blue minky on the belly, ivory minky on the wings, and grey minky inside the ears. Horns are soft sculpted into symmetrical ram curls (like twisted unicorn horns). Nose is a stock teddy bear nose, and eyes are a mix of plastic, fun foam, and paint. Her sprinkle-spots are done with two different colors of permanent marker.

Yes it's one of the reasons and the biggest problem now I'm facing is how should I put eyes.
I made the eyes with felt, and I don't have a good idea to put them on fake fur.
And of course, when we build a fursuit we have to make base at first and then put fabrics on it,but about making a plush,we have to make 'skin' first.

When we do our plush heads, we use big lengths of thread pulled through the insides of the heads to help scupt it into place, sewing back and forth inside and pulling them tight to make the face a more proper shape. If you look at the crease where Icemoon's muzzle meets her head, you can see where one of the threads is holding it tight.
