Slot number 5 of 8 on the Team Rocket series belongs to 
JoyfulNocturne, who wanted a drawing of their theatrical, yet cunning Gliscor, Ruthven! Nocturne was actually one of the earliest folks to join the Cosmotropolis roleplay setting that inspired all of these comms, and it was a joy to see his idea brought to fruition. Especially with some side details like the widow's peak hairdo to mimic vampires, and the Lunatone mask to mimic a certain Phantom... the ideas just flowed naturally on this one to get to where he is now.
As his "Dramaturge" title might suggest, Ruthven is the manager of the Cosmotropolis’s Midnight Theatre, a task he takes to with utmost relish. He works tirelessly to recruit, organize, and occasionally perform in all sorts of entertainment, from musicians to comedians to theater performances (and isn't above 'recruiting' folks who just happened to walk into the Cosmotropolis mere minutes ago). He's theatrical as they come, with an off-putting capability to turn on a dime between graceful professional and eccentric, nearly manic artist. He is able to deftly blur the lines between truth and lies, fact and fiction, business and madness.
His devotion to the Team Rocket cause is driven by both ideology and pragmatism; he has a fair amount of power as a middle executive leader, but also holds a close connection to Reynard and his 'daughter' Silvia to prove his loyalty. Rumors of bloodsucking and claw-crushing help to inspire a sense of menace and mystique to the gentlescorpion, but his greatest weapon is his talent for subterfuge- his claws and fangs have been dulled down for civility's sake, but his Poison Jab still dispenses a powerful (Team Rocket customized) neurotoxin that leave guests malleable to his influence, perfect to be put into the 'role' he wants them to play or to be reintroduced into the rest of the Cosmotropolis's temptations.
Among the many members of the Cosmotropolis, he may be the one that Mr. Reynard trusts most with enforcing the ideals of Team Rocket.
