Crypta is a psychic bird strongwoman OC I created a long while ago.
She was originally an anthro sigilyph from Pokémon I made at the suggestion of Thorn105, who has a thing for muscular anthro Pokémon girls and wanted to see me make an OC based on my favorite pokemon. I based her on a Sigilyph that got me through most of Pokemon X which I named “Cryptagram”. As time has gone on, I’ve tried to make her more of my own original character not tied to pokemon, though I’ve run into some pitfalls as many of the changes I made ended up having her resemble other bird characters like Kazooie or Jaeh’s Busty Bird. I made an attempt at rerendering her in an old 1920s cartoon style here and really stripped down some of the more complicated elements of her design to get a shape language going that I think is more uniquely her.
