He's a goopy fella, atleast that's what he presents as. He's totally tangible, though considering he can mass/density-shift, he might aswell be a slime dude. This is his normal form using the angel wings that he loves so much. He has ties to a certain group, though that isn't important, for now. Just know, don't get on his bad side, trust me.
