That is, parking inspectors.

This reminds me of a drawing my friend once did.

He drew the hilt and guard of a rapier, it was done quite well.

That is really cool. I wish I had a sword like that. I've got a lot of knives, and a couple small swords, including a katana, but nothing that awesome.
