Yep, there was an "accident" with a dude named "Jay Norrison" who got his head blown off live on TV as he was introducing a new phone (that was rigged by the player) for his company "Lifeinvader" what is basicly facebook, twitter, and everything in that direction in one company in the GTA world.

A movie where the antogonist ends up being the one you root for. Has a very brutal torture scene which is mostly just described to us and the creative, deadly use of a poultry bone.

The only problem is he let that family killer off waay too easy. Dismemberment? Common!

FLAY him! SLOWLY! With a clensing wash of salt and lemon juice before every new cut!
And at night lock him in a soundproof room and let him hear his own screams while staring at the picture of the dead wife and child!
