Maybe. Usually he doesn’t get this angry unless someone screwed up big time. Though this is also why the Rubber Rockets do their best to stay on his good side, lest they incur his wrath.

There are definitely some powerful and successful Rubber Rockets who truly believe they’ve gained enough power/support that they can usurp his position, but once those glasses come off and he shows his true might. They quickly remember their place and submit to him.

That’s definitely a very fair assessment. Fuji Mewtwo is constantly tormented by the fact that he cannot remember his past life, and more important his daughter Amber, which definitely hasn’t helped with his mood.

Plus also his supposed pet/prisoner Togepi Giovanni, has been also subtly manipulating his emotions, making him more prone to wrathful outbursts, though he’s usually calm and collected most of the time.

And soon, Rubber Rocket would be reclaimed...by TogeKISS Giovanni...

Presuming he does not get properly mindwiped by FujiTwo during the process.

I don’t think a Togepi that evil has any hope of becoming a Togekiss, but perhaps a more sinister dark evolution might be in his future. After all, wasn’t Lucifer himself but a fallen angel? 👼➡️😈

Now wondernig of those pokemon who evolve with friendship...and wonder why they lack a "no friendship" option...
