Some possibilities for the evolutions of platypuddl and charcowl, two Pokemon I created.
Not sure the dark dual type is shown properly in Cinderwing, may have to go back and edit the pallet later. Looks very regal, though! Some flying species like Flygon have a dual type (dragon/ground) that does not include the flying element. I wanted to try that here. Charcowl line can still fly but a majority of the learned attacks will be fire/dark, most flying moves would have to be taught through TM/HM.
Platypearl looks a little too close to golduck for my liking. Perhaps I should make it quad... The Platypuddl line is predominantly female (87.5% female, 12.5% male) so I showed the female form. Male would lack the necklace/bracelets/anklets and thanks to a suggestion by KittieKantha I will try to add barbs to show the poison element more.

these are awesome.. but i have a tiny suggestion if its not too forward
since the platypuddl line is water and poison.. maybe have the top evolution have the poison spurs on his feet like a real platypus

Yeah, the chances of getting a female starter is 12.5% according to Bulbapedia :} I just reset over and over 'til I get a girl xD Takes quite a while sometimes. I do this so that later I can breed other female starters. If you get a male and breed it with a ditto you always get male offspring, but if I have a female and breed it I have a chance at more females, as well as breeding for egg moves.
