My submission for the streamer DougDoug's upcoming charity livestream for Rosa the otter's birthday. Every year he donates to Monterey Bay Aquarium who help otters and other sea animals. Rosa is perhaps the best otter, as she has raised 15 orphaned otters, so DougDoug celebrates her birthday in August, specifically the 26th. And part of those streams is an art contest. I don't expect to win, not even close, but I had this idea and just wanted Doug and his community to see it.
