Started this a few days ago. I rarely feel inspired to work on this because the detail needed is immense. But Clockwork/Steampunk stuff like this I love just as much as Space Art. Its just easier to make Space Art, even in pencil. ^^;

The design has more reasonable logic applied to it compared to the previous models I have worked on. This one is easily gonna be my favorite to date. Intended to be entered in this Summer's local art competition. This entry will be intended to awe with sheer raw detail and concept design rather then quality of media use.

The newest innovation to the concept are spring shock absorbers for the legs and having coverings for the joints, not that I am afraid of drawing joints bare mind you.

This killed my hand the first day I started this. Was sore for the rest of the day.
