I'd get outta there pronto if I were you. That bird looks like some kinda gull, and gulls will eat pretty much anything that's edible (and I do believe that a tiny black and green bat does, in fact, fall under the classification of "edible").
On the other hand, he looks like a pretty stupid bird. Like he's brain dead or something. So maybe he won't bother ya at all.
