Saskune Dinero, an elemental koopa that conjures Fire and Ice, and a sister to her brother Edward Dinero. She is a resident of Mekanos that lives with her brother. She supports her brother by being on his side most of the time, battling monsters, renegades, and even bandits that threatens their Gear City, and her brother. She's very powerful with magic, and her stave serves as a magical weapon to cast her spells.
Here's a refined and better version than my last year version.
I like this design alot more. It makes her what she really is other than having such bizaare kneecaps.
