Honey π― garlic π§ chorizo burger π
Hereβs a delicious combination of Asian flavours with Mexican spice sandwiched between two hamburger buns and topped with your favourite burger fixings!
Hereβs how I made it:
1-take 1 200g pack of ground chorizo and mix with 1tbsp garlic purΓ©e, 1tbsp honey, 1tbsp hoisin, 2tsp onion powder and 1/4 cup crispy onions in a bowl then form into 2 equal sized Patties
2-grill your onions and mushrooms on a searing hot griddle then once golden yellow transfer to a small bowl
3-cook your burgers making sure both sides get a good charred crust and inside has no pink, once one side is cooked proceed to flip then add cheese of choice to cooked side and melt (be careful not to burn your meat!). Once both sides are cooked, stack cooked Pattieβs and place onto bottom bun
4-assemble your burger in the order of toppings you desire
5-enjoy!
