This is really silly, you probably don't get it unless you even know what Doctor Who is.. :'D
Jack Shade is suppose to be shoddily dressed as Dalek, with the water gun and plunger for arms, pots n pans as 'armor,' saying his catchphrase, "EXTERMINATE!" lol, facing off against Atari Otter, the 11th Doctor, with a silly fez and holding a screwdriver..
Even I was confused x33
I think their whole budget went to the background effects. :'D I hope you enjoy!
