A warm welcome to you to my (admittedly rather late) summary series of Confuzzled 2023! I'll be posting over this long weekend about my experiences at Britain's largest furry convention, held between the 26th and 30th of May. My visit to this con was, similar to this series, quite overdue, but after a kind offer of a room by  Huskyteer amd sure in the knowledge that furry friend ds from across the UK and overseas would be attending, I decided to finally go for it.

- Had breakfast with BhavFox, with a slightly upgraded breakfast menu. Unsure of this was just for weekdays, but it was quite welcome!

- Attended Tonya Song's panel on 'Native American Cultures' with Televassi, which was hugely informative and very enjoyable.

- Headed to the Den and picked up my sketchbook, after which I dropped ot off with another talented artist.

- Went with Husky on an aviation furs outing to Birmingham Airport, which is adjacent to the Nationsl Exhibition Centre. Got lunch and grumbled about the lack of a good observation spot nearby, but enjoyed the monorail ride from the railway station.

- Made my way back to the Den to pick up my sketchbook, with three beautiful sketches in them from countries I really hadn't expected. Wandered around bidding artists a find farewell, hardly able to believe that the long weekend had gone by so fast.

- Met up with Husky, JM, Bast, and other friends at thr lakeside bar for a couple of pints. Then headed to the main bar to wave at fursuiters. I found a simple pleasure in doing do. ^__^

- Headed up to a room in the Hilton for a room party, which has apparently become something of a tradition at Confuzzled. Chatted with many a fine fur, and demonstrated what living with a Ukrainian has done to my tolerance of hard liquor. ;)

- After concerning reports of harassment of furries in the area around the hotel, Husky and I went back to the Crowne Plaza with a large group of people for safety. After getting back safely, we packed smd turned in for the night.
