Personal tortilla margarita pizza 🍕
My take on an Italian classic
Here’s how I made it:
1-take 2 tortillas and sauce both
2-on top layer add cheese and toppings (I used mozzarella, Gouda, tomato, and mushroom)
3-broil in the oven on high for 4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted (be careful not to burn!) then let cool for 5 minutes then add basil leaves and balsamic vinegar drizzle
4-slice and enjoy!
