A picture I came up with most recently of a Pokemon meeting one of their counterparts from a fan made ROM hack I love named Pokemon Fool's Gold. So, here we have a picture of an Azurill meeting its Fool's Gold counterpart.
Also, yes, Azurill, I'm afraid Azurill doesn't evolve in that game sadly. Not only does Azurill not evolve in that game, neither do Scyther and Scizor.
Either way, I hope this meets expectations.
Plus, if you like playing Pokemon ROM hacks, I totally recommend playing Fool's Gold, it's got weird and wonderful designs and unique moves and secrets, especially in V3.
