Jessica Westerson owns a general computer retail store in California, equal parts computer sales and computer repair, earning her immediate rapport with Marcia. Her shop is far more akin to Radio Shack than a major chain when it comes to the size of her store (she's independently owned though, as opposed to a proprietary brand with numerous stores) and loves the personal touches she gives her place. Marcia regularly visits her shop for merchandise and she trusts Jess to handle important hardware problems that she personally can't fix.

To that end, Marcia doesn't know Jessica nearly as well as she does Midori or Amanda, but the two get along fine all the same. Jess tends to be shy around people so for her to warm up to Marcia so easily became a slightly big deal.
