look i dont know anything about comics. or setting up stuff. so im just gonna do a series of pictures for this setting and call it a day. Marcus is a Constable from the neighboring town but his patrol takes him through Puppet Ave. every day. They like eachother. Marcus watched their show growing up and always liked tootie even though she was reserved to background roles.
