ok, if you know how to set a layer to multiply (which would be this picture) and put it on top, on the layers beneath it you should be able to color over the white.
If you know how to use the select tool you should also be able to select the white areas on the picture, move to a layer beneath it (if it's on multiply), and then color and it should show up as if you were coloring that space. Um... I'm bad at explaining things, lol. Sorry if that's confusing. XD
